My Story

As a Degree qualified Naturopath with 20 years clinical experience, Amazon International No1 Bestseller Author, and the founder of EmpowerU Natural Health clinic in Lambton - Newcastle NSW

I have helped thousands of people like you regain their energy, health and happiness.

It has been through my own healing journey with asthma, allergies, digestive problems, anxiety, addictions and autoimmunity that led me to natural medicine.

I now empower people to take charge of their own health and become their own best expert. I find that empowerment is one of the best tools in health treatment, so I work specifically to give you the education and health advice you need to take back your healing journey.
